'Beautiful location. Property is gorgeous. The only downfall is there's no insulation in the roof and it's a metal roof. So as a sun heats the metal it pops and makes lots of noise as well as when it cools down at night it contracts and pops and makes lots of noise so it's hard to sleep if you don't have some kind of a background noise like ocean waves or a fan. But it's still definitely worth the stay as it's gorgeous and you can hear howler monkeys.'

'This was probably one of the best house rentals our family has ever stayed in. It was absolutely perfect for a family of four with two teenagers. The pictures do not lie - this place is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by the most breathtaking views. 'We staying in the hand-built rustic wood cabin in the middle of blackberries [Mora] in the woods. You need a 4 wheel drive to get down the very steep access road. We left our compact rental car at a house up at the road [for a modest fee] and walked down 2km. The cabin is down a steep forest path. Didn't see evidence of wifi. It's simple and wild. Will not suit everyone, but we greatly enjoyed it. '

'Booked our stay a little last minute, 2 months out and had the best time! June is said to be the rainy season and while it rained a little in the morning and had thunderstorms at times, we were able to spend every day at the beach, our teenager took surf lessons from Dougles at Cocles and even came to us the next day for more lessons.
