'First, it is hard to find the property. There is no sign showing the property name. The host was very condescending and requires a cash $20 deposit. This property is a house with multiple rooms (you have to ring a doorbell multiple times before they even open the door.) The parking is horrendous, and if you car does not fit there, they ask you to go find parking outside the property or bring a smaller car. 'Muy buena experiencia. El lugar está muy cerca del centro, por lo que pudimos movernos caminando sin problema. La comida nos gustó mucho y el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. Algo que nos agradó bastante fue que nos mostraron distintas habitaciones para poder escoger la que más nos acomodara. También cuentan con estacionamiento y no tuvimos problemas con eso. Incluso nos recomendaron dejar el carro ahí cuando íbamos al centro, ya que nos comentaron que en la zona puede ser complicado...

'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

'The room description (see also the photo) stated private bathroom (not in room). In reality, the bathroom turned out to be shared. The staff indicated that this was incorrectly listed by Hotels.com. However, a review from another guest shows that this is not an isolated incident but a structural issue. To make matters worse, the staff began loudly cleaning the kitchen next to my room at 6:45 a.m. If you value privacy and a good night’s sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.'
