'If you enjoy stained sheets, insects in your room, sleepless nights due to unbearable heat and noisy neighbors — this is the place for you. Out of the three “tours” included in the package, two were completely misleading: one was just a walk around the property, and the other was a 2km walk into town. The only real activity, watching turtles on the beach (just 20 meters away), cost an extra $50 — a complete rip-off. The price-to-quality ratio is completely off. Save your money and stay...

'Absolutely everything was perfection. The welcome, the extras, the room, the ammenities, the grounds, the spa, the food, and most of all the staff; for making our experience unforgettable. We were so spoiled and it was so beautiful, we never wanted to leave. Except maybe to try their sister resort, The Springs. We even met the owner, who happened to be in town, and he was delightful. Definitely coming back and letting everyone know this is the place to find peace and luxury in Costa Rica.'

'The staff were amazing. We were allowed in early check-in since our room was ready. The staff, the grounds, the location we're all wonderful. They have an ice machine with a filtered water station right next to it. Which was extremely convenient. The front office was available to help with tours and shuttles. 'The view of our room was extremely beautiful and the property was stunning. Nasaret and Brenda were extremely helpful and extremely nice. If we had any questions they would help us out a lot. The staff was also nice enough to recommend us stuff to do around the area.'
