'Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. Aun así las instalaciones son buenas y cómodas.'

'La estancia fue agradable, estuve una noche y aunque el jacuzzi no funcionó del todo, el gerente tuvo la educación de darnos una disculpa en forma personal, reembolsó la diferencia que se pago porque el cuarto era con jacuzzi y ofreció un extra para que no nos fuéramos descontentos con el Hotel. Si volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría.'

'I came to this town to take the ferry to Honduras. The owners were so kind and the hotel was comfortable. They really went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful and even drove me to the ferry the next day. Highly recommend!'
