'Locatie is goed,plaats op het strand matig;niet genoeg plek. mensen bij de frontdesk zeer behulpzaam en dat geld ook voor het restaurant- team.Kamer hygiene is bedroevend.Douche wordt niet schoongemaakt.keuken kasten stinken .Toch leuk gehad en komen wellicht nog een keer terug.Vooral een pluim voor Rosa Maria en Fannel'

'This place is amazing. It is much more secure than the last place we stayed. The staff are the friendliest mosy helpful staff I've ever met. The food was amazing. Not like the resorts with one buffet you hear about. Lots of restaurants and there is always impromptu food - taco stands, all out bbqs, burgers and more. You do need to book dinner ahead of time if you want a specific restaurant, but you won't go hungry either way. You aren't going to have doritos and dr pepper, but you have much...

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
