'Great family hotel! Food was good! The beach is beautiful despite the seaweed season. The only issue is that some staff (receptionist)should be nicer to the guests. Also Expedia provided us with $200 credit to be spent at the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff did not let us use it. Instead, wanted to sell us services despite promising that the credit can be used for it. So $200 was not used nor returned. 'So totally honest review- the place wasn’t bad but we wished we had spend a little more money for a better place. Was clean and friendly staff but food was not very good- hard to get reservations even though the restaurants weren’t full. All the websites we looked at stated numerous amenities but we didn’t see most of them. Not a bad place if you have never had an all inclusive before, but will definitely spend a little extra next time to stay at a nicer place.'

'I love the breakfast buffet! Swimming pool was nice. Staff at the buffet provide a great service. Sunday there is no room cleaning service and Monday April 27th was a holiday in Mexico so no room cleaning service either. So we suffered with wet towels for two days in a row.'

'Very unique all inclusive resort. It's entry level to Xcaret because of it eco park. If you do not like the outdoors, this place is not for you. You will feel you're in the middle of the jungle with all the amenities. The only places with air conditioning is your room, restaurants, spa, gym and kids daycare. Everywhere else is outdoors.
