'I enjoyed it. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go. If i have to give a complaint, it would be i wished the beds were slightly softer and, more wash towels. There were nearly enough and since it was a private company that owns them, the front desk cant give you any. Overall, great experience! I would stay there again. '

'We had a good stay at Westgate Palace in Orlando. The unit was clean, and we really appreciated the free shuttle to Universal—super convenient! The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after long park days. A couple of things could be improved: the trash bin was way too small, especially since there's no daily housekeeping, and the TVs in the bedrooms weren’t smart TVs—only the one in the living room was. Overall, a solid option for families or groups visiting the parks.'

'Love love love the location of this property. It is perfect for if you’re visiting Universal Studios like my party was… However, there are more cons than pros in my opinion. There was mold in apartment, especially in the bathrooms (which I’m sure is due to lack of ventilation and humidity) as well as finding a dead cockroach in the restroom. While some of the unit seemed somewhat recently updated/renovated… The entire building was run down and outdated. The beds were pretty comfortable but...

'Overall it was a great appartment, the beds are amazing.It was close to universal (it's about a 35 minute walk), seaworld (15 min drive) and Disney (30 min drive). Restaurants were nearby. There is enough parking space.'
