'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'Booking the restaurants is such a complicated thing to do. My wife and I waited at the stake house in a line for 35 minutes. The host would not grant us entrance to the restaurant although we had booked at 7:00 pm. They make it complicated to go to the restaurants so, guests just keep on going to the buffet. We’ll never go back to this hotel. '

'Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible...
