She had the audacity to ask if we knew someone who had another credit card; how??? We are happy to land and show up to a beautiful place just to be in the air if we would be able to get a room...

The room we stayed in 515 the bed was horrible the mattress was sagging and springs poking through we even tried to flipp it ourselves but wasn't much better as the box spring was broken'

Helaas waren er enkele voorvallen waar wij niet blij mee waren en waarbij we weinig begrip ervaarden van de receptie. Zo stonden er om 22 uur ’s avonds plots medewerkers in onze kamer om te kuisen of een handdoek te brengen, terwijl wij daar niet om gevraagd hadden en die avond pas waren aangekomen.
