'Boa localização, anfitriãs simpáticos, café da manhã com 2 opções. Fiquei no quarto compartilhado mixto que ta do lado da rua, um poco barulhento para quem tem o sono leve. '

'Ik raad niemand dit hostel aan! Wij hadden een privekamer incl. eigen badkamer. Het bed was zo door gelegen dat je in een kuil lag en je ook op geen andere manier een houding kon aannemen. Daarnaast was er zo veel geluidsoverlast vanuit buiten dat je het idee had dat brommers/paarden/mensen in je eigen kamer stonden. De ruimte was verder klam, geen raam wat open kan. Al met al vreselijk echt geen aanrader!'

'Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should invest in better kitchen utensils (pans, tissues, cutlery). The staff should check the room before check in to ensure that rooms are completely clean and in proper conditions. We had a slight issue with our room with a small animal leaving behing some waste but were immediately assigned another (better room). Food was great. '

'Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. '

'This hostel was not prepared for our arrival, we were shown a maides room with one single bed when we booked 2 beds, the owner was rude and very unfriendly. We had to leave and fight with hotel.com to get a refund, which I still do not know if we got. you can stay at Hotel Alferez right down town for 1/2 the price with tv, big room private bath friendy staff. The discription said hotel was 7mib walk to center. Was way our in scetchy nieborhood. '
