If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid....

'Exceptional stay! Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

'We loved our experience here. The resort was newly renovated, rooms were modern and well maintained. Enjoyed the buffet, really enjoyed the Mexican food (tamales, plantain, etc. ) and LOVED the make-your-own chievche bar (so fresh). The bartenders at the Le Fleur/Steakhouse were incredible (such high quality personalized cocktails and an unexpected show) these bartenders really made it a one of kind experience. The riviara hotel part is still under construction but it didn't effect our...

'New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there.
