'We had a great stay. We had a group of 15. Large resort with plenty to do for all ages (18-60) of our group. The only down side was the beach because of the sargassum but that was expected for this time of year. We had a great time at the pool bars. The food was surprisingly good.'

'El hotel está dentro de un complejo de hoteles y tiene muchas ventajas y opciones que merecen 5 estrellas, sin embargo en nuestra estadía hubo algo que hizo difícil el disfrutar plenamente: en Playa del Carmen desde mayo a octubre es temporada de "sargazo"que son unas algas que por esta epoca del año se acumulan en la playa en cantidades alarmantes, según pudimos averiguar en varios lugares y con diferentes personas incluso con agentes de policia, se nos dijo que era responsabilidad y obligación...

'The property is stunning. There's so much greenery. It is a big property but the shuttle carts were quite helpful! The food at this property is good! Especially the French toast! We actually liked that the restaurants were combined. You could mix & match cuisines! Arezzo was a favourite. The tuna cutting and the bbq at the beach were exceptional! We stayed at villa 15 and it was so convenient to have a pool and a bar right there. Our one bedroom suite was huge! The bed was good! Bathroom and...

'it was clean and very beautiful resort lots of walking, walkway was nice and clean the only thing we didn't like was seaweed was blocking the ocean basically no access unless you want to go through seaweed that started to fermentation and smells really bad.'
