'Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at in this hemisphere.* We stayed in a penthouse suite in the Fairmont's Heritage Place area. The place was immaculate, quiet, spacious, with a great modern kitchen. An in suite bathroom for each of three rooms, and an extra powder room. There are beautiful pools *everywhere*, never crowded. The beach is maybe a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. The bikes are well maintained, but single speed, so I had to adjust the seat height to get enough...

'The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. The amenities and location are wonderful and it is a beautiful resort. The waiters at the beach were excellent as always and should be given a shout out including Victor, Juan and Edwin'

'Let me start with the positives. The staff are absolutely great. They are happy, gracious and, responsive and overall make for a very pleasant atmosphere. The food is phenomenal. From basic nachos and burgers, if that's what you feel like, to elevated breakfast and lunch, to top notch star-level dinners. If you're looking for quiet and privacy, with under 200 rooms, this is the place. There are no late night parties. Solo travelers, were left alone by others - unless they wanted to engage. There...

'La propiedad está muy hermosa, Pablo Rendón en la registracion nos dio un servicio excelente, siempre pendiente de nuestros necesidades asta una simple curita te la conseguía, personas como él se merecen un reconocimiento su servicio era igual para todos miembros o no él daba lo mejor. pero el servicio para los que no somos miembros es diferente, en el servicio de la comida pedí más de una vez bebidas en la área de la playa que nunca llegaron, el restaurante de desayuno el servicio fatal nunca...

'Truly enjoyed the Fairmont. Beautiful property, great food at the pool restaurant. Friendly staff there as well. One big frustration was the totally unreliable staff at the reception/golf cart transportation on site: several times we were told: a driver is on the way, will be there or told by a driver “justifying around there back in a minute” without anyone ever showing up afterwards. '
