'This is an awesome little space. You can Is see the ocean from the little front porch. And its a 40 second walk to the water. It had everything we needed. Will definately be staying here again. Oh, there is a convience store right next door.'

'View wonderful, plumbing worked well, but Master Bath needs updating and painting bad, with Super low counter. Construction on building kept us from using walkway and beach access bathroom. Location is between two hotel chains. Building also has has residents, so was mostly quiet during our stay. Very clean, had all we needed. Might look for another unit with more update furnishings. Management was good and attentive.'

'The condo itself was better than expected based off previous reviews, however the owner lacked communication. I sent 2 emails prior to arrival, no response and both my wife and I called and left 2 voicemails, no response.'

'This property is absolutely amazing. It was super clean, had a ton of room and most importantly you deal directly with the owner. Check in was super smooth and we had a little issue with the TV not working an within the hour the owner had someone out and it was fixed. The owner is fantastic and I would 100% recommend if your looking for a place to stay that you consider this property. GREAT facility and location!'

'Beach wasnt crowded at all and you can have your sun shades/canopy unlike Destin beaches. The location of the condo is on an easy to find street and isn't crowded with traffic. Easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Condo was the perfect size for our group of adults with 5 kids under 12. Laundry in unit so you don't have to head home with laundry to do after vacation. Bedrooms and linens were comfy and clean. Definitely will be coming back again and would highly recommend this location to stay.'

'The porporty was beautiful! Covered reserved parking was so convenient. The only downfall was construction starting at 8:00am. No sleepimg in on vacation. My only suggestion would be to have a curtain on the bedroom window by the front door. The outside light shines in. We will definitely rent the unit again!'

'Had an incredible time here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I saw a couple reviews where people complained about the carpet and a few scuffs in the paint. It’s a condo. On the beach. You’re gonna get some wear and tear. And who is spending that much time inside anyway? Go hit that beach chair, listen to the ocean and enjoy yourself. If you have enough time to complain about trivial stuff like that, you’re not vacationing right. I suggest you take 3 margaritas and reevaluate...
