'This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. The supermarket is a block and a half away.'

'Tout a été bien passé. L’appart est, environ, 1 km (15-20 min à pied) des principales attractives de Parma. La propriétaire est très gentille et cordiale. La petite rue est un peu moche, mais juste derrière une des principales rues de Parma. Point un peu négatif : le système de chauffage ; c’est un seul appareil, installé dans la cuisine ; conséquence : la cuisine devienne très chaude et la chambre pas assez. Il faudrait changer et moderniser le système chauffage.'

'The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is about a 15-minute easy walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Parma. The neighborhood is quiet but there are several very good restaurants and taverns within a minute or two walk. For senior citizens, the bedroom next to the bathroom on the first floor has two twin beds, spaced about a foot apart. The large bed is located in a loft up a steep narrow spiral staircase with a low beam at the top....
