'It's a completely gorgeous spot and the staff are friendly and helpful. The building and grounds are amazing. As a hotel option, it's not ideal in terms of efficiency and modernity, so don't go there looking for that. This is for someone who appreciates an old mansion, a gothic rooftop, an old school fancy bar. 'Beautiful historic home with amazing character, surrounded by stately trees together with lovely flower beds that line the front walkway. A peaceful setting and wonderful respite after a weary day of travel, a welcoming host, and the unexpected surprise of live piano music (so capably performed by the owner’s son) all made for a truly memorable experience.'

'I was in the area for my son's golf tournament. The location to the courses was great. The owners are extremely gracious and welcoming.The bedroom, bath/shower were very clean and well kept. They are happy to make breakfast for you. I enjoyed my stay. '
