'I arrived later than should for check in due to delays but was still able to book in. The room was very clean with a lovely big comfortable double bed. There was tea and coffee in the rooms plus a television which was an added bonus. The shower room was extremely clean and the shower was lovely and hot. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. '

'Property is really nice and warm. We enjoyed our time there. Hosts are really friendly and they even had fresh cookies and scones for us when we arrived. Will be back!'

'Positives first, we had a family wedding near by and were allowed to check into the room at1pm instead of 4.30pm which was greatly appreciated. There is ample free on site parking and the building from the outside looks very nice.However the property is very dated and in desperate need of renovation.'

'Nothing fancy about Hipbone but it was pleasant enough, we were visiting the racehorse + it was about half a mile away which was ideal. Breakfast was ok, a bit cold but I didn't complain. '

'We enjoyed the comfy bed and a soak in the bath. The Tv and other electrical appliances appeared brand new and everything we could want was there. The location is right on the main street so there was some traffic noise and we didnt find the heating or wifi controls - maybe some info in the room would help? This did not trouble us enough to seek help though, so overall a positive experience 🙂'

'This is our first time in this part of the country. It was only an hour and twenty away from our base in weston super mare .The surrounding area is lovely we ate at the old court hotel and the next day went to ross on wye .we would defiantly stay again . Our host Linda was very welcoming. Also had a great cooked breakfast '
