'Excellent service and breakfast. Our room was at the top and front of the hotel. As the hotel is on a main road, there was a lot of traffic noise which we weren't used to. That was the only issue we had in an otherwise comfortable stay.'

'Very pleasant stay at Highfield House over the weekend. Greeted by our host on arrival and all essential information shared. Room (4) was clean and adequate size. Towels etc changed each day where necessary. Only had breakfast on our last morning and regrets that we didn't try it before. It was lovely. Was lucky enough to get one of the parking spaces so didn't need to touch the car all weekend. Its a very showy walk into the busy end of town. Only criticism would be the weak wifi signal which...
