'Our main requirement was to have a one bedroom and a kitchen, The Hilton Hawaiian village met these requirements. Safety and easy beach access was another positive as well. Certain towers definitely need an update, their age is showing. The biggest negative is that if you're stsying at their "Grand Vacations" rooms, then their "timeshare" sales people will hound you into a presentation. Unfortunately, I took the time to view their pitch and it wasn't pleasant at all. They don't want you to ask...

'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

I contacted expedia and this company via there telephone number and receirved no response from the company. I thought i might be able to check into the resort with the confirmation number but it didn't work. We had a rental vehicle ans spent the night sleeping in our car as we arrived at 1230 and were exhausted...
