'The property was as depicted in photos and descriptions. Was clean and everything worked fine. Great location, steps from the beach but not too much loud foot traffic passing by the patio. Only a few blocks walk to the the PB stuff, but far enough where you don’t hear the bar crowds. Garage is convenient, but is small and tough to get into, so you better have a small car. Street parking in the area is available, but not always easy to find. Nice spot and would definitely consider staying there...

'Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land.'

'The cottage was very cute and very affordable. It says that 8 could stay there, but I wouldn't recommend any more than 6. The common areas were a little crowded when we had all 6 guests out there. There is room for parking for 2 vehicles but any more than that, including having guests visit, would be very difficult as street parking is very crowded. There is a lot within a 1/2 mile or so and we walked everywhere. Shelter Island is about a mile away and were able to walk there to see the...

'It was very Zen and Peaceful, the place was put together very well, it was comfortable safe and secure. We enjoyed our stay. Well equipped with all the comforts of home. Super close to the beach. Outside shower was really cool.Very accomidating. You cant go wrong with choosing this place. We would definitely rebook. Thanks Jim'

'The house was fantastic, very cozy, comfortable, big and lots of light. The location and neighborhood was close to the beach and needed stores, and felt super safe and friendly. The beach vibe was so fun, we loved it! The only small confusion was with check in and check out. There were no instructions and we had to do trial and error with door locks and property access, etc. Would suggest a welcome manual.'

'We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

'This property is super nice, clean, and conveniently located to so many attractions. You must be prepared for beach town vibes ( which we love). The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. That said, we had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and friendly. '
